I’ve been having trouble adding the exclude items list from my eBay listings with Blacklister. I tried excluding certain locations in my eBay back office, but my listings still don’t exclude these locations when I use Blacklister.

Set up the locations which you want to exclude in your business policies. Once done update your business polices in Black Lister.
